(hereinafter referred to as COXO) is a professional dental medical device manufacturer, always committed to developing innovative products, and always attaches importance to and supports the protection of intellectual property rights. In order to establish a good brand image, we solemnly declare:

1. Intellectual property protection should be strictly strengthened. Without authorization, protected intellectual property rights (including trademarks, patents, etc.) should not be used for commercial purposes.
2. Urge our dealers and business partners to join us in protecting intellectual property rights;
3. COXO does not assume any responsibility for infringement of intellectual property rights without the authorization of COXO authorized individuals, organizations, websites and commercial platforms to sell COXO products;
4. After the law permits or obtains the authorization of a third party, we will properly indicate in the relevant documents the provenance of the protected intellectual property rights, and other persons or organizations who wish to reproduce or otherwise use the material will still need to obtain a license for their rights;
5. If other rights holders find that we have improper use of their intellectual property rights, please contact us in a timely manner;
6. In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of our company, we will take legal actions against any infringement of our trademark and patent.
7.  From June 2019, we will conduct intellectual property investigation on our products and commercial websites, and continue to provide users with high-quality products and services.
