C-EXPLORER
Dental ultrasonic surgical system

Quiet water supply, efficient and stable cutting, smooth surgical operation.
Bone Surgery Mode, Periodontal Treatment Mode, Root Canal Treatment Mode
Suitable for minimally invasive tooth extraction, wisdom tooth extraction, root canal extraction, periapical resection, implant removal, external fenestration surgery, bone grafting, cyst removal, maxillary sinus lift, autologous bone harvesting, alveolar ridge expansion, and orthodontic PAO0 surgery.
Suitable for scaling and periodontal treatment, root planing, crown lengthening, and fine bone shaping.
Suitable for periapical preparation and debridement.
Cleans water pipes to prevent saline solution from crystallizing and causing blockages or equipment damage.
High-temperature and high-pressure sterilization available; includes tubing cleaning function
Weighing only 110g, the handle operates at low temperature and full power
Powerful LED lighting helps clinicians focus more intently on the treatment area, resulting in more precise surgery and a clearer field of vision.
The water tubing shares the implantation machine's disposable infusion tubing, facilitating maintenance, effectively preventing cross-infection, and enhancing safety.
Freely switchable modes to control water volume and power adjustment
① The radial amplitude of the working tip is less than 80 micrometers, and the lateral amplitude is less than 20 micrometers—micro-amplitude changes are imperceptible to the naked eye. Working precision is measured in micrometers. Vibration-free cutting minimizes bleeding in the surgical area, resulting in a smooth and clear cutting arc and a small surgical incision and area.
② Micrometer-level vibration allows for a minimum incision length of 3.5mm and a width of 0.5mm, with precise controllability. The cut surface is clear and neat, promoting better wound healing. Suitable for minimally invasive treatment of residual roots and adhesions, with minimal postoperative patient reaction.
① Daily irrigation with sterile saline solution, no gas.
② All tubing can be sterilized by high temperature and high pressure, significantly reducing postoperative swelling or infection rates. Safe and reliable, it does not damage soft tissues, reducing the risk of damage to nerves, blood vessels, and other soft tissues. In deep locations, it can replace dental handpieces for tooth separation and exploration, reducing operational risks.
Minimal heat is generated during cutting; appropriate cooling ensures the wound temperature remains below 38°C, preventing burns from heat generated by the working tip. Temperature control also ensures cell survival in the surgical area, resulting in faster postoperative recovery and fewer complications.
