Standard Operating Protocol
A typical clinical sequence for the system includes:
- Initial Scouting: Use a #10 K-file to establish a glide path.
- Coronal Flaring: Use the Open File (e.g., 17/.08) to enlarge the upper third of the canal.
- Glide Path: Use a Path File (e.g., 19/.02) to establish a smooth channel.
- Shaping: Proceed with the primary shaping files (e.g., 20/.04, 25/.04) until the working length is reached.
- Irrigation: Constantly irrigate with Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCl) and use EDTA for lubrication between file changes.
